Under the leadership of the two company founders Roberto Echevarria and Dirk Rößler and general manager Heiko Meyer a fleet of 61 modern ocean-going vessels is currently plying the seven seas. The average age of the fleet is presently 4,36 years.

According to the rules and regulations of the Germanischer Lloyd the companies complies with the requirements of the quality management and also is ISO 9001:2000 certified. An environmental management system has also been implemented by the company and has as well been certified with ISO 14001:2004 by the Germanischer Lloyd.
