NSC stands for quality in modern maritime shipping
Since the year 2003 we provide our global customers with our gained know-how. Particularly in our core competences technical management and chartering we have built up long-lasting and trustful relationships with various international business partners.
Our services include, among others, the contraction of cargo agreements, financial management, controlling as well as investor servicing. We strive for a continuous expansion of our fleet and are open minded for new projects.
With our Marin Condor Service, which we operate in co-operation with our partner Volans Logistics Madrid, we offer a regular monthly departure for cargo from Spain to the Westcoast of South America.

Around 60 qualified, committed and motivated employees in our Hamburg office "Dockland" take care of all daily operations at sea and ashore and approximately 1,500 seafarers are employed with us on the high seas.
Inspection
Our fleet teams, consisting of highly qualified captains and skilled engineers, technical and nautical inspectors as well as purchasers and assistants, care for our fleet. Regular visits on board our ships are a matter of course.
Chartering
Our dedicated and motivated chartering team is responsible for the employment of our fleet and maintains regular contact with our customers worldwide. Customer visits are a matter of course for us.
Crewing
Our crewing department selects the officers of our fleet, equally supervises and trains them and also takes care of the appropriate payroll settlements. Currently 2,000 seafarers are employed at our company worldwide.
ISM/QM
Our safety and quality department is closely monitoring all processes on board and ashore in compliance with our implemented and also certified DNV GL quality systems.
Insurance
Any required insurance for our fleet is being contracted in this department. Also here all seaborne claims are being processed.
Accounting
Commercial professionals in accounting are responsible for the recognition and handling of any kind of accounting transactions relating to our entire fleet.
Controlling
Our controlling department competently takes care of the economic monitoring of the fleet as well as ship operating cost analyses, regular reporting and liquidity calculations.
Human Resources
Our human resources department is responsible for employing the land-based staff as well as for further training and personnel planning.
IT
Highly qualified personnel is taking care of the constant monitoring, improvement and development of our cutting-edge IT systems ashore and onboard of our entire fleet.
